Absolutely! Choose “Store Pickup” at checkout and we’ll have your order ready within 2 hours during business hours.
Orders placed after 5 PM are prepped first thing the next business day. When you arrive, we’ll have everything packed and waiting — or just text us when you’re on your way for quick curbside pickup.

Whether you need a small repair or a full equipment replacement, our techs are trained to diagnose and service your system the right way — using genuine parts backed by the manufacturer.

Absolutely. If your pump, filter, or heater is still under manufacturer warranty, we can service it in-house as an authorized warranty provider for Jandy, Pentair, and Hayward.
Text us with your equipment model, serial number, date purchased and we’ll confirm eligibility before scheduling your visit.

Nope! As long as we have backyard access, our team can handle everything while you’re out living life.

Absolutely. We open and close pools built by all companies — in-ground, vinyl, or gunite.
Our schedule fills up fast with in-ground service calls, but when things slow down, we love helping above-ground pool owners too. Give us a shout early in the season and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

We recommend scheduling your pool opening in April — that way you’re first in line to enjoy warmer weather and you’ll receive a complimentary pool vacuum service with your opening. (Plus, opening early helps prevent algae growth and gives your system time to stabilize before peak swim season.)
For closings, we suggest waiting until October — especially if you have a heater. This lets you stretch out those late-season weekends without risking your equipment once temperatures start to drop.
The earlier you book, the better your date selection — our calendar fills up fast once spring hits.

Yes! While pool season slows down, we’re still here year-round for Winter Watch services, off-season maintenance, and any odd jobs that pop up.

Nope — in-store water testing is free when you purchase your recommended products with us. Bring a small sample in anytime during business hours and we’ll print your results on the spot.

For urgent calls, there’s a small priority service fee, but we always confirm pricing before sending a tech out.
Our goal is to get you back up and running as quickly (and transparently) as possible.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH, check, and cash in-store.
You can also pay through secure digital invoices we send right to your phone or email.

We get it — life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a heads-up by 5 PM the day before your appointment. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee to cover our tech’s time.
