Bring us about a cup of water from elbow-depth in your pool, away from the returns, and we'll run a full panel — chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, and more. Then we'll tell you plainly what's off and what to do about it, in what order.
This is the part an online retailer physically cannot do. A website can sell you chlorine. It can't tell you that your chlorine isn't holding because your stabilizer is at 15, or that the algae keeps coming back because your phosphates are high.
