MEET OUR TEAM

Dave Wille

Favorite Movie: “Any Marvel Movie” - Emily, Daves’ wife

If Wet Wille’s were a pool party, he’d be: The one flipping burgers, fixing the filter mid-party, and somehow still the calmest guy there.

In another life, he’d be: A small-town engineer who everyone calls when something breaks — and they always bring him gluten free cookies as payment.

Dave’s been leading the charge (and fixing the leaks) for over 20 years. He’s equal parts problem-solver and big brother, known for staying cool under pressure and keeping the crew grounded. If calm had a mascot, it’d be him — just with better tan lines and a toolbox in hand.

Tom C.

Favorite Movie: Jurassic Park

If Wet Wille’s were a pool party, he’d be: The guy doing push-ups by the deep end, reorganizing the drink cooler by color, and reminding everyone to hydrate.

In another life, he’d be: A personal trainer with a clipboard full of motivational quotes and a strict “don’t touch my sticky notes” policy.

If efficiency had a mascot, it’d be TJ — just with more protein powder. Between running a tight ship and running literal laps around the store, he somehow manages to keep everything (and everyone) on schedule. Bribe him with a protein bar and he’ll probably move mountains for you — just don’t move his Post-its.

Cheese aka Mike

Favorite Movie: Wedding Crashers

If Wet Wille’s were a pool party, he’d be: The one sitting in the shade with sunglasses on, quietly judging everyone’s cannonball form — until something breaks, then suddenly he’s the hero of the day.

In another life, he’d be: A chef-slash-crisis manager, casually stirring sauce with one hand and putting out fires with the other.

Cheese has mastered the art of looking completely unbothered while singlehandedly saving your pool from turning into a swamp. Cynical? Sure. Sarcastic? Absolutely. But when it comes to water chemistry, does anybody know it better? Probably. He’s the guy who can tell you exactly what your chlorine’s doing wrong — and then tell you how to fix it, without even thinking about it.

Favorite Movie: The Green Inferno

If Wet Wille’s were a pool party, he’d be:

In another life, he’d be:

Emily Wille

Favorite Movie: Love, Actually

If Wet Wille’s were a pool party, she’d be: The one handing out sunscreen, managing the playlist, and somehow keeping the grill, the kids, and Dave all under control — with a smile.

In another life, she’d be: A professional peacekeeper who solves problems with laughter and baked goods.

The unofficial heartbeat of Wet Wille’s, Emily’s the one who keeps things flowing — both behind the counter and behind the scenes. She’s got a laugh that can lift the whole team’s mood and a knack for turning chaos into calm. While Dave’s out fixing pools, Emily’s the one quietly fixing everything else. She’s proof that the secret ingredient to a smooth operation is equal parts patience, humor, and coffee.

Kathy B.

Favorite Movie: Home Alone

If Wet Wille’s were a pool party, she’d be: The one who shows up with snacks for everyone, remembers your favorite drink, and still helps clean up afterward.

In another life, she’d be: The friendly neighbor who somehow knows everyone’s dog’s name and always has fresh cookies cooling on the counter.

Kathy’s the definition of good energy — polite, steady, and always happy to help. She doesn’t make a lot of noise, but when she does speak up, it’s usually something that leaves the whole room laughing. Dependable and genuinely kind, she’s the type who makes workdays smoother and the team stronger — one quiet zinger at a time.
