Pool Technician Helper

Job Summary

Wet Wille’s is a service-first pool and wellness company focused on expert water care, detail-driven work, and genuinely great customer experiences. We don’t just maintain pools — we help customers understand them, trust them, and enjoy them.

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Pool Technician Helper to assist our lead technicians with daily maintenance, cleaning, and service tasks. This role supports field operations while learning the fundamentals of pool care, equipment, and water chemistry.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a trade, and is comfortable working outdoors in summer conditions. Helpers work alongside experienced technicians and develop the skills needed to grow into a full service technician role.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with skimming debris and cleaning pool surfaces

  • Help vacuum pools and brush walls and floors

  • Empty pump and skimmer baskets

  • Support water testing and chemical balancing under supervision

  • Assist with basic equipment maintenance and minor repairs

  • Load, unload, and organize tools, chemicals, and supplies

  • Inspect pool areas for safety concerns and report findings

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at each property

  • Interact politely with customers while on site

Requirements

  • Ability to work outdoors in heat and sun

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

  • Strong reliability and punctuality

  • Willingness to learn water chemistry and pool systems

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license preferred

  • Proper attire and cleanliness of yourself and your vehicle

No prior pool experience required — we provide training. A good attitude and willingness to learn matter more than background knowledge.

Schedule

  • Seasonal full-time / part-time (spring through fall)

  • Weekday/Weekend daytime routes

  • Hours vary based on weather and service demand

Why Work Here

This is a hands-on learning position — not just a labor job.

You’ll work directly with experienced technicians, learn how pools actually function, and build real technical skills over time. Many of our technicians started in this role.

If you like staying active, working outside, and learning by doing, this role is a strong starting point into the pool industry.
