Pool Technician

Wet Wille’s is a service-first pool and wellness company focused on expert water care, detail-driven work, and genuinely great customer experiences. We don’t just maintain pools — we help customers understand them, trust them, and enjoy them.
We’re looking for a knowledgeable and reliable Pool Technician to manage routine service visits, maintain water quality, inspect equipment, and perform repairs for residential pools. Technicians operate independently on a daily route and act as the primary point of contact for customers on site.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in problem-solving, understands mechanical systems, and enjoys hands-on outdoor work. Our technicians are not just cleaners — they are water care specialists and trusted advisors.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and filter cleaning
Test and balance water chemistry to safe operating standards
Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, valves, and plumbing systems
Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs or replacements
Identify safety hazards and preventative maintenance needs
Document service details, chemical adjustments, and repairs
Maintain service tools, equipment, and vehicle organization
Educate customers on pool care and system operation
Provide professional and courteous on-site customer interaction
Requirements
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route
Strong attention to detail and time management
Mechanical troubleshooting ability
Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather
Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Valid driver’s license
Proper attire and cleanliness of yourself and your vehicle
Pool or mechanical experience preferred
CPO certification or equivalent experience is a plusWe value accuracy and reliability over speed — doing the job correctly matters.
Schedule
Seasonal full-time / part-time (spring through fall)
Weekday/Weekend daytime routes
Hours vary based on weather and service demand
